      The bowl I ordered for my Kenwood mixer…
      The bowl I ordered for my Kenwood mixer did not fit my mixer and had several dents in it. It stated that it was the correct one but it wasn't However the company did reply to my request to return it and they did issue a refund. This company is hit and miss so it may be worth a try but you don't always get what you need and in this case I ended up travelling to a retailer an hour away who had the right bowl for my Kenwood

      Wrong order again, with zero after serviceIf there was minus stars I would give…
      If there was minus stars I would give that. Second time getting the wrong item, even though the serial number matched the item purchased. When I went online to arrange returning, and getting a refund, I get a '404' error page. This happens every time. Really disappointing sales and after service. eSpares got back to me, and were very unferstanding. They have issued a refund. Thank you.

      perfect replacement. Easy to find part
      The part was perfect replacement for the broken shelf. It took a while from shipping to delivery and I was not able to track. So I was not sure whether it's lost or just taking a little longer. But that's only a minor thing. Happily use the company again for a part if required.
