      ignitor button fails to light any hobmantles, or the grillandoven.after lighting the grill manualy the flame extinguishes after releasing the grill control knob.what spares do I need to correct these problems. 1 Answer

Maybe a good option for you would be to use a repair company like "Repaircare" who offer a fixed price option.

      Could not make phone contact for help with problem-had to wait 3 days for reply to ticket. 1st agent was fine but wrong item dispatched (it happens) but 2nd agent had very poor phone manner. But eventually sorted.
