If the pump impeler does turn freely check the pump for continuity (around 200 ohms) if this is ok it may be a control board problem.

Answer this question

My machine (wma520s) has stopped mid wash (still has water in it.) The control buttons on the front are completely unresponsive. No amount of pressing them will cancel/reset the programme. I have tried isolating the power but when switched back on there is no change, start & wash lights on but nothing happens, zero response. I have checked and cleaned the waste.
