Are replacement door springs available for a Lamona dishwasher - or any compatible springs that will fit. The door locks shut, but when opened it just drops down

I have a door that has dropped to one side on my dishwasher, if I lift it to the correct position it looks like the door arm moves up to where it should be. Could this be a broken string or cord ?

Stock Number: ES1249663 door cables are the likely problem and can be seen replaced on the video on a similar machine attached to the part.
When I opened the door of my dishwasher something seemed to fall and smash inside. The door is now very heavy to open and doesn't spring back up. Do I need a Door Adjustment Gear or another part?
