      Can the glass be separated to clean inside the double glazed unit?

        The outer door glass is usually attached by two screws from the bottom of the door and a screw on both sides towards the top. Remove the door and lay on a blanket or towel whilst removing the screws.

      If there was minus stars I would give that. Second time getting the wrong item, even though the serial number matched the item purchased. When I went online to arrange returning, and getting a refund, I get a '404' error page. This happens every time. Really disappointing sales and after service.

      perfect replacement. Easy to find part
      The part was perfect replacement for the broken shelf. It took a while from shipping to delivery and I was not able to track. So I was not sure whether it's lost or just taking a little longer. But that's only a minor thing. Happily use the company again for a part if required.
