Check the TOC on the compressor for any signs of damage, if it’s clicking out then it may indicate an issue with the compressor. Test the compressor before suspecting anything else.

Answer this question

will this help as my fridge freezer fridge compartment is freezing up and the food is getting ruined. I have put a new pcb board in a new thermostat where the light is situated and also a new defrost heater element.

Your Appliance does not have a separate defrost timer as this is built into the electronics on the board.Fully defrost for 48 hours and retry. If the problem has not been resolved with a new board it is likely to be the sensor built into the insulation by the wet wall. This can not be replaced.

Answer this question

I am having problems with the fridge/freezer, it has stopped working for a couple or days or so, not sure how long, but enough to defrost all of the contents, then it has started working again this has happened twice in the last 6 months. I have had this problem with another beko fr/freez and have obtained the defrost timer from yourselves and this has fixed the problem, is this the equivalent part
