Yes, one would be connected to a 'common neutral' and the other may be connected to the control at a tab marked P for pilot or S for Signal.

Remove the wire connectors and then carefully squeeze the 'wings' on either side of the mounting hole to allow the body of the lamp to pass through to the lens side and be removed.
