It is the central spigot that connects the wheel to the machine that has broken off.

There are two images shown. The wheel has the short axle that pushes and clips it to the machines body.
I bought a pair of these wheels from you before unfortunately it was to small, the wheel on my washer is roughly seven and a half inches, I would be grateful if you could source a pair for me at this size.
