The total height is 135 mm and the 'rack' is set at approximately one or two thirds that height depending on which way up it is used.
I have been looking at the grill racks and they usually have rubber feet. Is this safe to use?

There should be no metal to metal contact, this is ok with a glass or ceramic turntable.
