      How do you fit this glass to the door there is only 2 holes in the metal clips to attach it 1 Answer

      I have fitted it with 2 screws on bottom of door but how do you attach the top of the glass to the door?

        We are sorry but do not have any information on this. If the glass needs to be attached to a bracket of the old glass you can use Heat Resistant Glass Sealant - 310ml Stock Number: ES914819

      Got a delivery to Eire, you sent wrong laser fluffy head to fit my Dyson V12 slim detect absolute eventhough you said same laser fluffy head was compatible on your site when ordering. Part you sent does not fit this model. After much difficulty in trying to contact you by email, you replied 48 hours later saying you do not accept returns from Eire event hough you charge for return when ordering. As I am now left with a part that is useless to me, I would never use your service again or would never recommend you to anyone. Very dissatisfied with your company & service
