This is suitable for all types of BBQ'S and has had good reviews for cleaning including removing grease from cast iron.
Congealed vegetable oil residue.

This is a non caustic cleaning spray so should be suitable to remove the old grease from your fryer.

We do specific cleaners for ceramic hob tops designed to clean and not scratch or matt the glass like surface. These may be 'not strong enough' for a ceramic barbecue and it is unlikely the surface would be harmed by this cleaner which is likely to be stronger than normal ceramic cleaners.

It could be used without causing damage but a conventional oven cleaner may be more effective on burnt on residue.
