I understand that I would need to test my old part before fitting a new one but this product is labelled as 'heater casing'. Does the new part come with the heating element inside of it??

This part does come with the heater included, you need to confirm the heater has failed with a multimeter.

Answer this question

My Bush WV1275DB Dishwasher has stopped heating up the water, I've gathered this diagnosis due to common problems and helpful tips via the internet but its suggested I replace the heating element. I am confused as to what the heating element is as pictures online do not match what I see in my dishwasher. If I replace this heating casing with diverter in my dishwasher will that solve my issue as I can see this part on my dishwasher quite easily and clearly.

It is likely to be the heater but you would need to confirm it has failed with a multimeter, we also have a video that would help www.youtube.com/watch?v=7b1-M_WKYJs&t just copy and paste into your browser.
