Model zrb34211wa it has a digital thermostat the fridge section not a nob, The item is about five years old. The element works fine and the gas is full. It is a joint fridge and freezer and would this thermostat cutout part fix the problem thank u for your help

test the fan in the freezer as if it has failed it will not supply air flow to the fridge first before suspecting anything else.
