Hi, could I attach this dishwasher to the hot water supply instead of cold? If so would it save money and would it be safe to do?

Connecting to hot water is not advised as because the machine is designed to only heat the water required and would be less efficient if it rinsed hot as well as reducing the drying performance due to no cold helping the steam condense.
