Black+Decker 3.6V Lithium Screwdriver
Introducing the 3.6V lithium screwdriver made by Black+Decker! It is fitted with a 3.6V lithium-ion battery, which is smaller, lighter and designed to last longer than the conventional NiCd/NIMH batteries, yet offers the same power for jobs around your home.
The right angle attachment allows for 8 pivoting positions to access all areas, however awkward and tight they may be. The LED light is great for allowing better visibility and illuminating the work area, to see exactly what you are doing, even in dark areas, hidden corners, edges and inside furniture. Its rubber over mould handle has finger contours which have been designed for comfort and less user fatigue.
The lithium-ion battery can hold its charge for up to 18 months whilst not in use, meaning that your screwdriver is ready for use just when you need it the most.
Its compact size and magnetic bit holder means bits can be changed in seconds and can be used in a variety of different places. Perfect for use anywhere around your home.

This product is no longer available with screwdriver bits supplied
- Exactly as D E W said, no screwdriver bits were supplied except for a short hex 'reduction' bit that fits no screws that I've come across!
- The photograph appears to show a standard length screw driver bit on the magnetic holder on the top of the driver. No screw driving bits supplied with mine but strangely a short hexagon bit was!
Have you actually tried to fit the angled attachment to the screwdriver, if so how did you do it ? 3 Answers
- I think the first line of the first answer above should be altered to "... take the black rubbery collar off the driver first ...".
- I've used it. take the black rubbery collar of the driver first, and any bit. Look in the angel attachment and see the 2 location springs, hold the attachment in one hand and pull the collar forward and slide the driver in to locate the springs. The > < marks on the attachment should be top and bottom of the driver. When together if you have your hand over the attachment pull the collar in and rotate until it locks in the position you want. Rotate until the > < marks are to and bottom and it will drop off.

We think the attachment has a collar that if pulled towards the tool tip will allow the attachment to fit onto the drill. Once the collar is released it should lock onto the drill.
I note that your pics do not show the right side of the drill so left handers like me cant tell if this drill is suitable or not. If there is no button on the right side of the drill you should state that this is only suitable for right handed people. Does it have a right side button as well?
- The push through button controls the rotation. Central position locked, no rotation (only led light). Fully one way clockwise rotation, Fully other way anticlockwise rotation. Suitable for either hand.

According to the Balck & Decker information it has 8 pivoting positions which is on our website.
Does it have an electronic brake so the bit stops rotating immediately you release the trigger? 1 Answer
