The usa device I have has a plug with two prongs on it. What sort of plug must I have to fit into the socket of this step-down voltage converter. 1 Answer

For USA there are two associated plug types; types A and B. Plug type A is the plug which has two flat parallel pins and plug type B is the plug which has two flat pins and a grounding pin. Plug type A will fit the 2 parallel pin sockets and plug type B will fit all 3 on this item therefore we believe no adaptor is needed.
