      Received wrong size parts for my hoover. They do not make it easy to return anything .. you wait days for them to reply to email. They rang me back during work hours and I unable to answer,so now I'm still waiting for response to email I sent back . All I want is a returns label.. Ridiculous customer care . I can't fault their products . But you better make sure you don't have to return. Because it's an awful experience.
