Model W100FW I've undone the screws that hold the bearings in and the screw by the door lock but can not seperate them. I've watched the video but it seems to be a different model.

  • The outer cover is a snap fit on the inner cover, once the screws are removed the two halves need to be gently prised apart. Start at the hinge, it's not difficult, you don't need to completly seperate the halves, just enough to lift the hinge bearings off their plastic support posts, fit the new ones on the hinge and then fit into the door, you can't fit the hinge after the door halves have been fitted back together.
