We believe this lamp uses a balast PCB part number DA41-00013A. This part is no longer available.
hi there.I was just wondering if the fluorescent tube had blown or is there a starter for the tube as there is no darkening on the ends of the tube, which normally indicates its the tube . thanks 1 Answer

It could be either that is the problem but in this case I would try the starter first.
