      Ordered part and told it would be over a week to get. No problem. It came in 3 days. Dishwasher back working before Xmas. Everyone happy. Good service. Only small thing is offer small clips/clamps, even as extra, with order. Very hard to find 7mm jubilee clip.

      Ordered a glass door for my oven
      Ordered a glass door for my oven. Incorrect size ordered so has to order another asap in time for Christmas. My issue is with none of the above as that is not the company’s fault but I’m struggling as to how to send the original order back as this cannot be done online. I keep getting error pages when using the site and I’ve emailed the info given and no response.
