HI MY HOOVER CONDENSOR DRYER IS PLAYING UP THE FILTER LIGHT COMES ON BUT THE FILTER IS CLEAN ALSO THE HEATER HOTS UP OKAY BUT NO WATER IN THE TANK ANY IDEAS PLEASE.
