Tumble Dryer Poly-Vee Drive Belt - 1975H7

If you have a belt in your tumble dryer that has worn, stretched out even snapped, it will not be able to spin the drum in your machine - meaning your clothes could be left damp at the end of the cycle. eSpares has this replacement belt, which could be the answer to getting the drive system back up to speed in your tumble dryer.

The Poly-Vee belt (ribbed belt) looks like a flat belt but has V-shaped ribs along the inside for better friction between the drive system and the belt. eSpares could soon get you back to nice dry clothes again, with your tumble dryer performing at its best, in no time!

Specification:

  • Type: Poly-Vee
  • Length: 1975mm
  • Type of ribs: H
  • Number of ribs: 7

On this model a spring pulls the motor to apply tension to the belt. Take the spring off and return the motor fully round away from the spring to fit the belt on the correct side of the pulley. When the spring is refitted it will move the motor and tension the pulley.

The hinges should be easy enough to replace. First lock the hinges and remove the door from the cooker, Then split the door by removing the front from the back and you will then be able to access the hinges to replace them.
