Dishwasher Lower Spray Arm Assembly

- Yes it all comes complete and just sits on the nozzle fitting at the bottom
- ALL NOZZLES ARE INCLUDED
My top arm on my zanussi does not turn it appears to be quite free but will not rotate whats wrong what do I need
