when I looked down, the door had opened fully (as I would have expected), but the hinge hook on the right hand side is now not attached and I can't close the door. Any suggestions what might have happened and how I can fix it? Many thanks

not sure,dont want to order ,if its something else! all the videos you send on how to do replacement parts, I SAVE THEM IN MY EMAILS, dont seem to have one for dishwasher {door drop}please advise,its a HOTPOINT ULTIMA FDW 80
