model: ZDQ995X (94417137600) Main oven is overheating, not cutting out. See there are a couple of cut outs and a cut in. Which is the correct one to solve this issue.

If the oven overheats suspect the main thermostat first as the cut out only fail if the oven temperature exceeeds 250c for an extended time.
