      do I need a new thermal cutout or a new heating element? 1 Answer

      I have replaced the thermostat,(purchased from e'spares) in the main oven.When the temperature is set to 210deg.C The oven reaches a maximum temp of 160deg.C.The indicator light then goes out.I have checked the temperature with an oven thermometer.The top oven works perfectly well. Can you please advise me?

      Ordered a part as a guest on their site. Got a notification that it shipped, but if you want tracking info on your package you need to make an account. No thanks. Just give people their tracking numbers.

      Replacement part error
      I had purchased a replacement part which was the incorrect part, espares explained that I did not need to return the item and would do a refund.. This was very smooth and user friendly system. Based on this I would use espares again in the future and also recommend to friends

      Easy to source necessary spare parts…
      Easy to source necessary spare parts for electric garden tools. Good service by eSpares was let down by the local courier service as package was delivered to the wrong house (neighbour) and left outside in the rain for a number of days as neighbour was away. Also, tracking details were very limited and no estimated delivery time given by courier company, unlike others who deliver to us.
