      you have several sponge seals for the FF200 EP. We need the one between the plastic panels at the back of the freezer compartment. How do we know what on to order? ES836257 or ES836386 or ES865954 Please provide more information on them or help us select the correct one. Thanks Ray

        Hi Ray1 I've had a look in to this for you and I'm afraid I can't seem to find two plastic panels the sponge seal fits in to. I can however tell you that both ES836257 and ES836386 are rectangular in shape and that ES865954 is a long thin seal with three sides. Attached are the diagrams for each part (outlined in red). Sorry I couldn't help further, and I wish you the best of luck!

      Got a delivery to Eire, you sent wrong laser fluffy head to fit my Dyson V12 slim detect absolute eventhough you said same laser fluffy head was compatible on your site when ordering. Part you sent does not fit this model. After much difficulty in trying to contact you by email, you replied 48 hours later saying you do not accept returns from Eire event hough you charge for return when ordering. As I am now left with a part that is useless to me, I would never use your service again or would never recommend you to anyone. Very dissatisfied with your company & service
