all of the plastic supports on my 3 shelves have broken within a year of purchase, which is not good. Is there a known design fault on these shelves? I have the TF6086W. Thankyou

Hi Yummy, I'm going to have to consult with our suppliers about the sturdiness of this shelf - unfortunately at this point we don't offer an alternative, however I will look in to this and see if we can replace this shelf. Thanks all for bringing this to my attention.
- I too have a LEC fridge and 3 out of 5 of the shelves have broken-sending food crashing to the ground... These shelves are very expensive to replace-I'm already at around £120 to replace 3-if all 5 go that's a hefty £200! I will have bought the fridge twice! Do you know if there's a cheaper alternative? Mine's the L6046W. Thanks.

- These shelves have a plastic edge which takes the weight -I've had three of these break-very expensive to replace...

Hi Charlie, please contact us with the full model details of your appliance so that we can see if the trim is available seperately. A similar looking trim most likely will not fit as all our parts are model specific.
I have an old fridge that is a Batts Marine before they were taken over by Lec. I need two new shelves, 27.5cms x 43.5cms. The existing ones are wire which are plastic coated, but I am happy with glass if they will fit. Can you help? If not these another suggestion would be very useful. Many thanks.
