is this a brushless motor, the problem that I have with the dishwasher is that is has gone noisy with a whining sort of noise. so I am suspecting the motor

We believe this is a brush less induction motor and if the noise is during the wash cycle it is likely to be from this motor.

F8 refers to 'water level failure' this may be due to the machine unable to empty. or a blockage on the pressure switch.
