My oven went pop over Christmas, I assumed it was the element so ordered one from you and fitted it, now as soon as I turn the isolating switch on the oven comes on even though the oven isn't turned on. Any ideas?

The problem is likely to be a faulty control board not the controls itself.
My double oven tripped the power when turned on. Following this the display is blank and the main oven will not function. Top oven works fine. Think it could be the Cooker PCB? Any advice gratefully received! 1 Answer

After a recent power surge when the oven was turned on its now displaying the error code f03. Any idea what I need to repair this?

We believe the F03 is an oven temperature error but it is usually caused by a faulty Power Unit Stock Number: ES1420646
Whenever I lose power, or need to change the time, it takes a couple of days to be able to change the time, this week we had a power cut (three days ago) and I still haven't been able to set the time to use the oven. Also recently when using the oven the display flashes, turns on/off/temp display to 160c. I also can't use the automatic cook function - could this be a PCB problem?

It is likely to be the module if the oven starts working after a few days.
when i set the temperature on the oven it will start to built temp and then resets to 160 (flashing) or can jump to a grill setting..... Can you tell me if this is a thermostst issue or pcb, or led readout,,,, thanks in anticipation of your reply. Tony

Hi Tony, it could well be the thermostat. To find out whether it's at fault check the current running through it with a multimeter. If that's not the problem, make sure all connections from the control knobs and the PCB to the thermostat and element are secure. If you're still getting the same thing, it could well be the PCB malfunctioning.
Will this part fit my appliance?
