No issues with system however I have managed to program the PIRs to chime in zones 2&3. How do I turn this function off and just leave zone 1 to chime. Thanks
- Go into programming mode then press 6 then exit programming mode chimes should be stopped. Instructions not very Idiot proof I had to hire an alarm company to complete my setup
- This will not mute internal PIRs. I had to do a factory reset

See page 24 of the instruction book to mute the alert.
I would like to use this alarm in an envrioment that will have 6 users. Is there a facilty and optional extra fobs available? 3 Answers
- "Additional fobs..." Instructions do indeed say (on page 8) 'up to five fobs...' Perhaps one reads that to mean "the device can track and log up to five fobs, but cannot log above five, although they will operate the system" ?
- Thank you Chris, Tracking is not required. It will just require all 6 users access and exit when required.

Download the instructions, we believe you can add additional fobs but it does not track which fob has unset the system like an alarm in a business premises.
Good morning, can you please tell me if there is any way of reducing the 30 seconds exit/entry delay? I would like to change it to 10 seconds if possible, if someone does break in, they would have 30 seconds before the actual sirens kicked in on the door/window sensors and because we have a dog, we cannot use the PIRs. Thanks in advance for any help.

According to Honeywell Zone 1 which is the entry/exit is fixed at 30 seconds but zones 2 & 3 are instant so if door/window is activated the alarm would sound immediately.
1. Is there a compatible solar siren to go with this system ? 2. Also, does the keypad offer a countdown beep/chime on entry/exit ? 3. There's been questions regarding "swipe tags", but the image does not show any tags with this system, so does it come with tags ?

Sorry a solar powered siren is not available. The keypad offers a 30 second entry/exit time delay after arming and disarming. The system is supplied with two contactless tags.
We have a cat who sometimes sleeps on the sofa can the sensor be set to activate from a high position than the floor ?

The PIR Sensors have a detecting radius of 105 degrees between 2-12m, therefore will detect movement from animals and are not “pet-friendly”. You could use a door and window contact in that area instead.
can you tell me if there is a sound notification on zone 1 if the door sensor is opened or is it silent on the honeywell livewell wireless home alarm kit 1 Answer

If the alarm is active as soon as the door is opened it will break the link and the sensor will trigger the alarm and illuminates on the keypad, The Keypad can alert every time if any Zone1 door window sensors are opened when the system is in a disarmed state alerting home occupants of any entry/exit to the home. An alert sound is produced by the Keypad when triggered.

It is not specified that it works with google home but for security reasons, you wouldn't want anyone to be able to turn your alarm off with their voice.
Are there any external motion sensors available for this kit that you can add as an option?

Parminder at eSpares says...
Unfortunately external motion sensors are not available.

It does not require the product to be connected to wi-fi according to the instructions.
