We believe PIR sensors will not normally reliably detect through glass.
Does the box for outside the house run on batteries or does it have to be plugged Into the mains, if it's battery ran how often do these batteries need changing 1 Answer

The external siren is battery powered. The batteries will typically last over 12 months if using a good quality alkaline type batteries.
Hi Question if the alarm is a activated when there is nobody at home will the sounder stop after a set period of time and if so will it remain silent afterwards until the pad is reaset. Thanks 1 Answer

There is a 10 minutes alarm duration limiter (optional). We believe once the ten minute period expires and the alarm resets it can be re triggered again.
My alarm went off one morning very early & I hadn't set it, how & why would this happen?

As the external sounder has a 'wireless' connection it is possible the sounder could be triggered by either electromagnetic interference (passing taxi?) or failing batteries.
Can you link two keypads to work in unison,ie one pad by the main entry door and one upstairs 1 Answer

We believe you cannot have a second keypad to link them together, you can buy additional remote control fobs which would allow you to arm and disarm the system within effective radio range of the keypad.

We believe this system does not work with the comfort app, the evohome system does according to the Honeywell site, please see our range of products www.espares.co.uk/search?SearchTerm=honeywell%20evohome just copy and paste into your browser.
Comes supplied with 2 x contactless tags---Can the additional remote Key fob I purchased be used to operate the alarm system as well as the tags ?

A remote control fob is listed in the user guide as an optional accessory, and up to a total of 5 remote controls can be used with this system.

This alarm panel can only accept wireless inputs and cannot be connected to regular PIR's or contacts.
