I have taken out my old cracked tank but can't see how the valve bit fits
Can you explain how the valve, spring etc fits so it won't just drop out? Really confused as so little parts it looks like it should be simple.

The valve assembly screws on to the base of the tank. The parts of the valve are usually held in place by a small rubber washer on the plunger.
