I have a Beko A Class Frost Freeze fridge freeze with water dispenser. The water dispenser will fit back into position but the valve and the spring allow the water to pour out when the tank is filled!! I believe there is something missing. I have the tank and lid, the white plastic that fits to the bottom of the tank and sits into the dispenser. I also have the white valve and the spring. Should there be a washer or something to hold the valve and spring in place??? I have pictures if you need to see what I'm talking about.
- Help !! I am having the same problem with mine .. it's a Beko fridge freezer cfd5834apw I Would be very grateful if you could help me please

Yes, we do. If you provide our team with the model and the make of your appliance, we should be able to identify the correct water dispenser you require for your appliance.

The plunger valve on these dispensers is usually held in place by a small black O ring. If this is missing just order the water valve assembly.
Hi, I just received my new water tank for FF, is there some other part that should be attached so it can be fitted back into my water dispenser? I think it was a round white thing? I realise that's not very technical, but I'm sure it will make sense. Thanks.

There should be a valve assembly that attached the tank to the dispenser lever and the door.
Can you explain how the valve, spring etc fits so it won't just drop out? Really confused as so little parts it looks like it should be simple.

The valve assembly screws on to the base of the tank. The parts of the valve are usually held in place by a small rubber washer on the plunger.
