Bosch WET 2820 Washing Machine starts initial fill of water then stops and doesn 't continue with process. I have to move sensor lights along to 'spin ' to empty out the water which flows normally.

ie washing remains inside wet but not washed at all. Have looked at manual and went to check the time delay button had not mistakenly been pressed but no digital timer lit up (even when pressed) all other lights ok
