It is likely to be the buttons as this can be a common problem with these buttons is people think they don't work unless pushed hard and this causes them to break. When you push these buttons only use light pressure but hold the button in for about 1 second as this allows the control board to 'scan' the button and recognise the command.

We are sorry but do not have a video for your machine. Replacing your part should be similar to the video watched.

Answer this question

I have received the Selection Button Quad. The back of the 'Start/Pause' button is different from the other three. I have removed the old Quad unit from the washing machine and found the part attached to the 'Start' button is also missing. Could you please advise the name of the part that I should order?

My Mother in law has this model of machine (Bush A126Q), the stop/start has broken (pushed in and stayed in!) is this a common problem, is it worth repairing, can I repair it myself? Is this the part needed?

There is not likely to be a improved part available, a common problem with these buttons is people think they don't work unless pushed hard and this causes them to break. When you push these buttons only use light pressure but hold the button in for about 1 second as this allows the control board to 'scan' the button and recognise the command.
