The fridge compartment of my fridge freezer is freezing up, what could this be?

We believe itis likely to be either the control board or the sensor, the sensor is not replaceable as it is inside the foam lining.

Answer this question

I have a Beko No Frost fridge freezer and the fridge is too warm (8-10c) while the freezer is too cold. (-25C). It was in storage for 12 months, but the door seal seems OK (and I tried replacing it. - no difference)

We believe your problem is likely to need a 'refrigeration systems engineer' and not be an electronic fault you could fix yourself.

Answer this question

Beko bc50f We replaced the circuit board at the temp control knob This has not solved the problem Is there a thermo sensor and if so where do I find it and can you get a replacement

If you have already replaced the board Stock Number: ES1671036, then we believe there is a sensor buried in the foam lining behind the evaporator that sounds like it has failed. This part is not designed to be replaced.

Answer this question

Hi my hja 6855 freezer evaporator keeps freezing over and icing over right up to the drawers. It sounds like the fan is constantly going also. Could it be a faulty thermostat ? thanks ,stuart.

The freezer is -32 deg and the fridge freezes. It used to be OK and now it is set on minimum.

The problem is likely to be the control board Stock Number: ES1247946 or the sensor in the lining of the fridge that cannot be replaced.
