We believe itis likely to be either the control board or the sensor, the sensor is not replaceable as it is inside the foam lining.

Answer this question

I have a Beko No Frost fridge freezer and the fridge is too warm (8-10c) while the freezer is too cold. (-25C). It was in storage for 12 months, but the door seal seems OK (and I tried replacing it. - no difference)

We believe your problem is likely to need a 'refrigeration systems engineer' and not be an electronic fault you could fix yourself.

Answer this question

If you have already replaced the board Stock Number: ES1671036, then we believe there is a sensor buried in the foam lining behind the evaporator that sounds like it has failed. This part is not designed to be replaced.

Answer this question

Hi my hja 6855 freezer evaporator keeps freezing over and icing over right up to the drawers. It sounds like the fan is constantly going also. Could it be a faulty thermostat ? thanks ,stuart.

The problem is likely to be the control board Stock Number: ES1247946 or the sensor in the lining of the fridge that cannot be replaced.

If the fridge is over freezing then replace the thermostat Stock Number: ES1248032. If the fridge is not frozen up then the problem may be it is struggling to cool due to the warm weather.

Answer this question

Hi I have recently bought some parts off your company for a Beko CDA543FW Fridgefreezer...The two PCB units seem to be the correct replacement but the bimetal thermostat (N15-B81) I bought ( order No 4526668@1.....Invoice no C116724009) doesnt seem to be part of the model I have....The sensors I have found are seperate not in one?
