Is it safe to put the washing machine on wheels before using stacker kit to add the tumble dryer? 1 Answer
They need to be pushed back into a small cupboard.

We would not recommend a washing machine to be fitted on appliance rollers due to the vibration on spin and certainly not when stacking as it would increase the weight. To help slide an appliance into a recess use two strips of wood (laminate flooring?) under the feet and slide into place before tilting to release the wood. Then fit the dryer in position.
Hi, will the kit protrude out at the sides increasing the width of the washing machine/ tumble dryer stack. I've got millimetres to spare to fit my freezer alongside with the available wall space. 1 Answer

The outside of the lip on the sides will be approximately 5 mm wider at least than the 600 mm maximum width quoted
Hi again, you're video on the universal stacking kit says feet should be removed, why? And does this not mean it is tilted forwards slightly? 1 Answer

Generally it allows the appliances to fit together better and not concentrate the weight in the four contact areas. If your dryer has wheels they may be removable to allow the bottom edge to contact the stacking kit.
Can I use this kit to stack a tumble dryer that is a different brand to my washing machine? 1 Answer
I've got a Hotpoint WDD 960 washing machine and would like to use this stacking kit to put a dryer on top but I don't want to buy a Hotpoint (nor Indesit/Creda) tumble dryer because of the problems they have had with fires. Can I put another brand of dryer on top of it? My washing machine is 59.5cm wide does the new dryer have to be exactly the same width?

It should be suitable for most appliances even from different manufacturers that are 600mm wide.
Would having the tumble dryer up so high make it difficult to empty the water collection drawer?

This should be suitable as long as both machines are 600 mm wide approximately. The drawer if on the top would be six feet high so may be difficult to empty. Depending on the machine you may be able to pass the hose to the drawer to the washing machine drain directly.
In your opinion, would this be strong enough to stack 2 washing machines upon another or would the weight and vibrations be too much? Thanks. 1 Answer

We would not recommend stacking two washing machines together, as this kit is only suitable for stacking a tumble dryer above your washing machine.

We do not have any Universal stacking kits in any colour other than white. It may be possible to use aerosol spray paint to change the colour prior to fitting.
I want to stack a 50 cm x 54 cm fridge on top of a 50.1 cm x 54 cm freezer. Do you have a suitable stacking kit for that

This kit is universal and fits all appliances up to 60 x 60 cm maximum width. May accommodate deeper appliances but not narrower than 56 cm wide. To ensure this will be compatible with your appliance please be sure to measure correctly.
