The details on this product say the smallest width is 350, but in one of the answers it says 390, could you please confirm which is correct 1 Answer
350 would fit my cooker, 390 would not

I can heat the oven using either the top & bottom elements or just the base one so it would be useful to know in advance.

Yes, but it may cook the underside slightly quicker as it is closer to the heat source.

Yes provided they are not left wet for longer than a normal wash cycle.
How do you secure the clips to ensure the shelf does not move once you have achieved the right size?

The clips do not 'lock' the adjustment rather add resistance to the movement. It may be possible to pull out the rack ends and slightly bend the clips to try and provide extra resistance to movement.
Product description says 390-560 but in one of the questions says it is 350-560. Please can you clarify as the last measurement would fit my oven but the first measurement wouldn't. Any info would be helpful, Thank you

The products width can be varied between 390mm and 560mm. The depth is suitable for all 'standard depth' ovens.

It should be able to take this weight but if you have other shelves in the oven we would suggest you use this shelf for the lighter trays.
Will this shelf fit this cooker ?

- Yes the shelf is very sturdy and I have had no problems with them at all regarding the weight of any dish put on them.
