Hi I have a VW5 premium and red light comes on when pressing then goes off again. No power. Have changed the battery and charger but this makes no difference. Is this an eternal fault with the machine?. Thanks. 1 Answer

It is likely to be an internal issue and this product is not made to be dismantled so if under guarantee contact Karcher.
The Red Light flashes when switching on,I plug the charger in and the Green Lights Start to Flash,They then go off abd when I switch it on the Red Light Flashes.

The red light will normally slowly flash continually until the battery is fully charged. It can take on average 2 hours for the battery to fully charge from empty. Once the battery is fully charged, the light will become solid. It may be a battery issue, this product is not made to be dismantled so if under guarantee contact Karcher.
My Karcher window vac will switch on but will only stay switched on if I keep the button depressed. How can I fix this? 1 Answer

I have charged my karacher and the 3 green strips are lit but it wont start instead a red light flahes on. 1 Answer

is there a minimum time for intial charge and should any lights come on

When put on charge it flashes red for a couple of minutes then the light goes out and it won't switch on so doesn't appear to be charging properly 1 Answer
