The filter drops into the recess in the Jug ‘shelve’ and should be replaced monthly. A link to Stock Number: ES1687391 the filter can be found in the products description.
Please explain the process used to reduce limescale; does this replace calcium ions with sodium? Please advise precise dimensions for this item. 1 Answer

The limescale is removed by the filter action and the jug size is a total volume of 2.5 litres. This is a similar size to a 2 litre container of milk and has been designed to fit in most fridge door shelves.
